- Control arm pin;

- Cranckshaft yoke of
the steering shaft.

Primary Brake System
Check diaphragm
spring brake actuators,
clean them from mud.
Check tightness and opera-
tion of brake chambers,
tighten retaining nuts.
Loosening of the fasteners is
not allowed.

nuts 65-70

Check tightness of
pneumatic drive and focus
on rubbing places or conta-
gions of pipelines and elim-
inate them.
Pneumatic system should not
have air leak.

Check pressure output
of both brake valve sec-
tions and performance of 4-
circuit protective valve (see
subparagraph
“Pneumatic
Brake System Drive”)
Air pressure on test pressure
gauges should be equal to pres-
sure in the system (according to
cross needle pressure gauge)

Check brake pedal free
play, if necessary, adjust

matic Pedal Brake Drive”)
Brake pedal free play
should be 20-30 mm.
Brake pedal free play should
