The brake chamber 1 twisting depth (see Figure 98) is 25 mm. The chamber is twisted in
against stop and then is turned back until system suzie are looking back. For joint encapsulation it
is necessary to use silicon-based or rubber-based sealant. Tighten the lock nut 2 300±20 Nm
(30±2 kgfm) with КК 2327 wrench.

Install the chamber with spring-type brake actuators according to Figure 99:
- twist the chamber against stop (twisting depth is 25 mm);
- turn it back and install outlets 11, 12 looking back;
- tighten the nut with 300-500±20Nm (30±2 kgfm) torque.
Seal the brake chamber and pinch clamp joint with silicon-based or rubber-based sealant.
Check wear and damage of the pinch clamp and brake chambers within up to two
years after start-up. Damaged units should be completely replaced. If rubber components of
a unit are damaged, they should be immediately replaced.
