According to Figure 86:
- tighten the bolt 5 with 75-85 Nm (7.5-8.5 kgfm) torque. Lubricate “d” surface with
АМС-3 grease - GOST 2712-75
- before assembling lubricate “g” surface of axis 7 and “f” surface of brake pads with
graphite grease - GOST 3333-80. Lubricate “e”, “h” and “p” surfaces with АМС-3 grease - GOST
2712-75.
Tightening scheme for brake pad axes nuts: first tighten nut 6 with 431-490 Nm (44-50
kgfm) torque, then nut 11 with 274-313 Nm (28-32 kgfm).
If the drum is worn, if there are annular grooves deeper than 1mm, bore drum work sur-
face according to Table 13, basing on outer hub bearing rings (see Figure 94). Drum work surface
runout should not exceed 0.25 mm.
