2 COPY FUNCTIONS
Storing the copy functions for frequent use
Once you have set the following functions and settings, you can save them in three “JOB MEMORY” areas and recall one
of them for frequent use. The saved functions and settings are retained until you change them. They are not deleted by
turning off the power.

The default settings are boldfaced and underlined.

“PAPER TYPE” is set only for the bypass tray. The drawer can hold only plain paper and the paper type setting is fixed.
Saving the job memories
You can save three sets of the functions and settings in “JOB MEMORY1”, “JOB MEMORY2”, and “JOB MEMORY3”.
Follow the steps below to save the job memories.

Set the functions and settings that you want to save in the memory.
The current functions and settings are saved in a job memory.

Press the [MENU] button to enter the “MENU” mode.

Make sure that the first “ADVANCED FUNCTION” is selected.
You can scroll through the menu with the or button.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button to enter the “ADVANCED FUNCTION” menu.

Press the or button to select “JOB MEMORY”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.
