Press the or button to select “DEFAULT SETTINGS”.

Press the or button to select “DRAWER SET POP-UP”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.

Press the or button to select “ON” or “OFF”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button to exit from the menu.
You are finished with the operation in the “MENU” mode. The selected setting becomes active as the default.

Changing the paper size according to the pop-up message
Every time you change paper in the drawer with the “DRAWER SET POP-UP” function turned on, the message pops up
on the LCD screen. Follow the steps below.

Open the drawer.

Change paper in the drawer.
3 Close the drawer.

If this function is tuned on, the “DID YOU CHANGE SIZE?” message pops up on the LCD screen. Continue to
the next step.

If this function is turned off, the message does not pop up on the LCD screen. You are finished with the
operation at this step. Make sure of the paper size. If necessary, change it according to the paper you set in the
drawer.

Press the or button to select “YES” or “NO”.

If you have changed the paper size in the drawer, select “YES”.

If not, select “NO”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.
