3.3.1 Ratio
This function calculates the ratio of an input DC voltage to a reference DC voltage
according to the following equation:
How to make a ratio measurement
There are two ways to make a ratio measurement: Through the front panel operation or
through the remote interface operation.
How to connect the input and the reference signals
Connect the Input Voltage to the INPUT HI and LO terminals, and the Reference Voltage to
the SENSE HI and LO terminals. Then connect the SENSE LO to the INPUT LO terminals.
Front Panel Operation
Use TERMINALS button to select the front terminals or the rear terminals. For operating this
function, please press RATIO button and observe the reading on the display. To set the
resolution, press RATIO. Then press ENTER to choices “RESOLUTION” (Refer to
3.1.3). Select desired value by pressing
◁ and ▷
button, and press ENTER to choose it.
