This error can be generated in one of the following situations:
Situation 1:
You sent a CONFigure or MEASure command with autorange enabled and with a fixed
resolution.
Situation 2:
You turned math on and then changed to a math operation that was not valid with the
present measurement function.

A numeric parameter value is out of range.

-223 Too much data
A character string was too long.
⚫
-224 Illegal parameter value
A discrete parameter was received which was not a valid choice for the command.

-230 Data Stale
A FETCh? Command was received but the memory was empty.

-350 Too many errors
The error queue is full.
⚫
-243 Second function invalid
It means Secondary function is not enabled.
⚫
-410 Query INTERRUPTED
A command was received which sends data to the output buffer, but the output buffer contained data
from a previous command.
⚫
-420 Query UNTERMINATED
The multimeter was addressed to talk (i.e., to send data over the interface) but a command has not
been received which send data to the output buffer.

-430 Query DEADLOCKED
A command was received which generates too much data to fit in the output buffer and input buffer is
also full. Command execution continues but all data is lost.

-440 Query UNTERMINATED after indefinite response
The *IDN? Command must be the last query command within a command string.

It means function/2nd func mismatch.
