Description
CO Line Assignment is the Emerald ICE system utility used to assign CO Lines to
extensions for out ‐ calling access. The Emerald ICE system allows the assignment of
CO Lines to extensions in a matrix fashion such that complete flexibility is
possible. Each CO Line may be assigned individually as accessible or not
accessible by each extension.
Deluxe Telephone Programming
1. Access the Deluxe Telephone Programming Features as described in
Section 3.2 .
Program extensions for CO Line Access. (01 ‐ Extension No. ‐ 23 ‐ 01 ‐ 16):

LINE ASSIGNMENT
programming screen
for the extension and CO line selected.
3. Toggle the softkey beneath
chg

Y/N.
Selecting
Y
will allow access on
the CO line.
4. Press the Volume button (

) to return to the DB Item Select screen
and enter another extension and CO Line.
Or…
6. Press the softkey beneath
back
or the softkey beneath
next
to select the
previous or next sequential CO Line for the selected extension.
7. Press the softkey beneath
chg
until the desired values are displayed.
8. When finished programming CO Line Access, press the Volume button
(
v
) to return to the
DB Item Select Screen
or exit programming.
