to hear the current greeting/message.
9. Press the Hold button (

) to return to the previous Administrative
level.
10. Press the softkey beneath

to record this greeting/message.
11. Press the softkey beneath
stop
to end recording.
12. Continue this process for each Automated Attendant greeting/message.
13. When finished recording greetings/messages, exit Administration by
pressing the

button twice. Or return to the previous Administrative
level by pressing the Hold button (

).

To change Temporary Mode:
Temporary Mode is available for special circumstances that may arise such
as holidays and bad weather days so that callers can be informed of unusual
business hours adjustments. While active, Temporary Mode “Y” plays the
Temporary Greeting in place of the “DAY,” “NOON” and “EVE” Greeting.
