use

depressed

toggled

allow/deny
this

This
feature
allows
you
to
cancel
all
Call
Backs
on
an
extension
or
CO
Line
with
one
command.
Default Setttings:

Prior
to
receiving
Call
Back
Alert
Ringing,
press
PGM
p##
Operational Notes
•
If
you
press
the
softkey
beneath
del
during
the
Call
Back
Alert
ringing,
the
Call
Back
will
be
cancelled
and
the
LCD
will
display:
CBCK DELETE XXX
.
Your
extension
will
return
to
an
idle
status.
•
To
invoke
a
Call
Back
at
an
extension
that
is
in
the
Voice
Announce
mode,
you
must
first
Force
Tone
Ringing
.
•
If
the
Call
Back
is
not
answered
during
the
reply
alert
ringing,
the
response
message
will
be
displayed
until
you
press
either
the
softkey
beneath
reply
,
or
the
softkey
beneath
del
.
•
The
Call
Back
process
begins
when
both
your
extension
and
the
called
party’s
extension
are
in
an
idle,
onhook
mode.
