Description
CO
Line
Queuing
allows
a
user
to
request
use
of
a
busy
CO
line.
When
the
CO
Line
goes
idle
(current
user
hangs
up),
that
CO
Line
rings
the
user
that
queued
the
line.
While
the
line
is
ringing
at
the
extension,
it
is
unavailable
for
access
by
other
users.
If
the
extension
that
queued
the
CO
Line
does
not
respond
to
the
queue
callback
within
8
seconds,
the
queue
is
cancelled
and
the
line
becomes
available
for
other
users.
