The voicemail UCD Group directory number (253) can be programmed on any
available Feature/DSS button.

1. Access the Database Item Selection Screen using the procedures in Section
3.2 .

screen where 01 ‐ 24 is the group
number.

programming screen to program the various call handling digits
(Prefix/Suffix). Refer to Section 15 and the information below to program
the
PREFIX TABLE
which are DTMF digit codes that are sent to VM
ports to identify call types and how the voicemail system should process
the call. (Range: DTMF digits 0 ‐ 9, *, #, four max.)

: You may change the code sent before the extension number
to ID this call as the mailbox user.

TRANSFER
: You may change the code sent prior to the extension
number to ID this call as having been transferred to voicemail... to
leave a message in this user ʹ s mailbox.
