Deleting a Fax-on-Demand Document
You can delete documents from fax-on-demand mailboxes at any time. Note that you do
not
need to use a fax phone in order to delete a fax-on-demand document.

To delete a fax-on-demand document:
1.
Log into the fax-on-demand mailbox containing the document you wish to delete.
2.
From the main mailbox menu, elect to enter fax documents by pressing
.
Office PhoneMail will ask whether you are using a fax phone.
3.
If you are not using a fax phone, press
.
OR
If you are using a fax phone, press
.
Office PhoneMail will note how many fax documents you currently have entered.
If you have indicated that you are calling from a fax phone, Office PhoneMail will
ask if you want to enter a new document or to change a fax document number.
If you have indicated that you are not calling from a fax phone, Office PhoneMail
will ask only if you want to change a fax document number.
4.
Elect to change a fax document number by pressing
.
Office PhoneMail will ask for the number of the document you wish to change.
5.
Enter the number of the document you wish to delete and then press
.
Office PhoneMail will ask if you want to enter a new number for the specified fax
document, to delete it, or to go on to the next document in the mailbox.
6.
To delete the specified document, press
.
Office PhoneMail will note that the specified document has been deleted.
7.
Return to the main fax-on-demand mailbox menu by pressing
.
8.
Change the fax-on-demand mailbox greeting to remove any reference to the deleted
document.
You do not need to call from a fax phone in order to delete or change the number of
an existing fax document.
