Script Information Mailbox Messages
For additional information, refer to Section 7.3, “Initializing an Information Mailbox”, on
page 7-4.
❒
Complete Subscriber and Guest Mailbox Data Sheets
Script the informational messages that will be played to callers when they access an
information mailbox (Section B.15, “Information Mailboxes”, on page B-7). Informa-
tion Mailboxes can not accept messages from callers. The sole purpose of these
mailboxes is to deliver information to callers, such as directions to your place of busi-
ness. As with other mailboxes, information mailboxes must be enabled before they
can be set up. Remember to script your day and night company greetings to inform
callers how to access the information mailboxes.
Document subscriber and guest information (Section B.16, “Subscriber Data
Sheets”, on page B-8 and Section B.17, “Guest Data Sheets”, on page B-9). Include
the subscriber name, mailbox number, and OMN dialing sequence, and script the
personal greeting for each subscriber.
