Customizing Your System
Office PhoneMail will note how many fax-on-demand requests can currently be re-
quested in a session and then ask you to enter a new maximum number.

Enabling or Disabling Automatic Message Deletion
By default, Office PhoneMail automatically deletes stored messages after 21 days. You can
customize your system to allow continued storage of messages older than 21 days.

To disable or enable automatic message deletion:
1.
Log into the system administration menu.
2.
Elect to enable or disable deletion of messages after 21 days by pressing
.
This key toggles the setting that causes automatic message deletion. Office Pho-
neMail will note the new setting and return you to the system administration menu.
Caution
Users are not notified when 21-day old messages are deleted.
