Name Office PhoneMail Stations
Using Hicom CS administration, enter the station name “VM1 and VM2” for subscriber ex-
tensions connected to PhoneMail.
Use the following order:

In four-port installations subscriber extensions for ports 3 and 4 are named “VM3” and
“VM4”.

Set Intrusion Ability (Busy Override) on Office PhoneMail Extensions
Using Hicom CS administration, set the “Intrusion Ability” or “Busy Override” for all exten-
sions connected to Office PhoneMail to “Denied”.

Using Hicom CS administration, set the “Simplified Dialing” parameter.

Using Hicom CS administration, set the “Data Line Security” for all extensions connected
to the Office PhoneMail unit to “ON”.

Assign Office PhoneMail Extensions to a Call Management Group (Hunt/Group
Call)
Using Hicom CS administration, add all extensions connected to Office PhoneMail to an
available Call Group. Add the extensions in the following order: VM1, VM2, VM3 and VM4
