Test Fax-Overflow Mailboxes - Fax Option Systems Only
With the fax busy or unavailable, send a fax page to a trunk set for Primary Auto-Attendant
and confirm that Office PhoneMail transfers to the fax message into the fax-overflow mail-
box. If not, confirm that the fax extensions are enabled and that the fax card has been prop-
erly installed.

Test Subscriber Fax Delivery - Fax Option Systems Only
Send a fax page to a subscriber mailbox and confirm that Office PhoneMail delivers the fax
message into the mailbox and the MWI is operating. If not, confirm that the fax card has
been properly installed.

Test Fax-On-Demand Mailboxes - Fax Option Systems Only
Call into the Office PhoneMail system and request each fax-on-demand document entered
into the system. Confirm that the fax cover page, fax header and fax document are com-
plete. If not, check the fax-on-demand mailboxes for correct set up.
