Before You Begin
Table 3-1 shows how you may increase Office PhoneMail’s message storage capacity by add-
ing ports, languages, and fax features to your system.

System Planning
You should complete the system planner in Appendix B, “Office PhoneMail System Planner”
before installing your Office PhoneMail. The completed system planner will make the installa-
tion faster and easier, and assures a finished configuration that functions as desired.
