Default System Settings
Mail-
boxes
(en-

This setting deter-
mines which mail-
boxes are enabled
for use.
At sys-
tem start-
up, only
one mail-
box (the
general
delivery
mailbox)
is en-
abled for
use.
The System Adminis-
trator can enable up to
40 subscriber mailbox-
es, 16 guest mailbox-
es, and 10 information
mailboxes.
The System Adminis-
trator can disable any
mailbox at any time.
It is a good idea to en-
able a subscriber’s
mailbox right after en-
abling the correspond-
ing extension.

sion(s)
This setting deter-

sion(s) is the human
attendant’s exten-

You can set any exten-
sion to be the human
attendant’s extension.
