Loosen the cover plate screws.

Remove the cover plate from the safety laser scanner.

Carefully remove the desiccant bag from the housing.
6.
Carefully slide the new system plug into the safety laser scanner at the desired
position (bottom or rear).
7.
Screw in the system plug using the captive screws. Tightening torque: 2.25 Nm …
2.75 Nm.
8.
Carefully place the desiccant bag in the housing and apply the cover plate.
Make sure the desiccant bag is not pinched.
9.
If the desiccant bag is damaged, contact your local SICK subsidiary.
