Power cord not plugged in properly.
Check the electric socket.
Return to SATELEC after-sales.
Power switch in position O (OFF). Place the power switch in position I (ON).
No power voltage. Call an electrician.
Power receptacle fuse(s) blown. Replace the power receptacle fuses.
Internal fuse blown Return to SATELEC after-sales.
Device does not operate
(LCD screen on)
Transmission fault.
Switch the device OFF then ON again.
Return to SATELEC after-sales.
Motor does not operate Motor or motor connections problem.
Check the motor cord connector.
Check that the cord connector is properly
plugged into the motor connector of the
device.
Return to SATELEC after-sales.
Torque fault
Thermal cut-out. Allow the micro-motor to cool down.
Incorrect torque adjustment.
Adjust the torque in accordance with good
dental practice.
Wrong contra-angle.
Change the contra-angle.
Return to SATELEC after-sales.
Speed fault
Incorrect speed adjustment.
Adjust the speed in accordance with good
dental practice.
Wrong contra-angle.
Change the contra-angle.
Return to SATELEC after-sales.
No spray
Irrigation solution bag or bottle empty.
Replace the bag or bottle of irrigation
solution.
Irrigation off. Press the irrigation ON/OFF button.
Irrigation line clogged. Change irrigation line.
Line end piece on contra-angle clogged. Clear the contra-angle line end piece.
