About the Auto-Reset Function
If the control panel is not used for a specific period of time, the current operation will automatically be
canceled, and the screen will return to the home screen. The operation must be restarted from the
beginning.
The auto-reset operates in the following situations.

• When the print interruption screen is displayed.
If an operation is not performed within a specific period of time, printing will be canceled.
• When the [Origin Setting] screen is displayed.
If 10 minutes pass without an operation being performed, the settings will be cleared, and the
carriage will return to the home position.
• The [Initial Setting], [Maintenance], or [Print Adjustment] screen is displayed.
If 30 minutes pass without an operation being performed, the settings will be cleared. The auto-
reset function will not work on any maintenance or adjustment tasks currently in progress.
