Check if the screen on the Section 8-9-4
is displayed.
If the screen appears, replace the print cartridge (Refer to
Section 8-9-4).

Turn ON/OFF the power several times
and perform printing. Does the same
symptom occur?
(Be sure that the scanner becomes
“Ready” before turning it OFF.)

Clean the nozzle of the Print cartridge
and see if the error is resolved.
Refer to Section 8-9-1.

The performance between the Print
cartridge and Imprinter Control PCA
(IMP CT) may be defective. Check the
connection of the parts on the right and
replace them if necessary.
The parts that may need to be replaced:
IM Holder ASSY3 (Section 8-6-8)
PR Harness (Section 8-6-13)
IMP JNT (Section 8-6-7)
