error is resolved. Refer to Section 8-9-4.
3 Connect the EXT cable from the
Imprinter correctly and see if the error is
resolved. Refer to step 6 in Section 8-3-2 for the EXT cable.
4 Does the same symptom occur after
turning OFF and ON the scanner? Press power button of the scanner for more than 2 seconds to
turn it OFF, and after more than 2 seconds elapse, press the
power button to turn the scanner ON.
5 Replace the Imprinter Control PCA
(IMP CT) and see if the error is resolved. Refer to Section 8-6-9.
6 Replace the Scanner Control PCA and
see if the error is resolved. Refer to Section 5-11.
