Press power button of the scanner for more than 2 seconds to turn it
OFF, and after more than 2 seconds elapse, press the power button to
turn the scanner ON.

Is the cable connected correctly?
Refer to Section 5-10-9 “Panel PCA.”

It seems the installed Panel PCA has
been used in other scanner before and it
may be faulty one. Replace it with the
new Panel PCA.
Replace the Panel PCA with new one after saving the EEPROM data.
Then conduct Maintenance mode #7 by referring to Section 6-1-8.
