speed counter function
The high

speed counter function counts the input signals, and when the count reaches
the target value, turns on and off the desired output.
The high

speed counter function is able to count high

speed pulses of frequencies up
to 10 kHz.
To turn on an output when the target value is matched, use the target value match on
instruction (

). To turn off an output, use the target value match off instruction
(
F167
).
Preset the output to be turned on and off with the
SET/RET
instruction.
