Changing The Cantilever On A Standard
Scanner
Note:
If you own the environmental scanner, please follow the tutorial in
tilever on an environmental scanner on page 154
You need the following items to perform the tutorial:
Cantilever
You will need the chosen cantilever for the experiment you are preparing.
Every Cypher SPM ships with a package of AC160s.
Changing sta-
tion
The correct changing station for your cantilever holder.
This tutorial uses the "Air" changing station. There is also a “Droplet” changing sta-
tion for the droplet holder.
Tools
Part# 290.102: Tweezers with curved tips.
Part# 290.139: 1/16” ball head wrench.
