The Scan Templates in Océ Express WebTools
Introduction
You can configure 5 scan templates in Océ Express WebTools.
Purpose
These templates are displayed on the scanner operator panel and can easily be selected.
Configure the scan templates
Procedure
1.
Open the [Templates] tab
5 default scan templates are configured.
2.
Select the scan template you want to customize
3.
Edit the setting or the group of settings to configure. You can change the Name, the Top 5
settings to display first on the scanner operator panel... and any setting of the template
4. Click [Ok] to save the changes

View the scanned files
Procedure
NOTE
The [Smart Inbox capability] must be enabled to view the scanned files.
1.
In Océ Express WebTools, open the [Preferences] - [System settings]
2.
In the [Scanner properties], click on the value of the [Automatic view of scan-to-file] setting
Log in if requested.
3.
Set the value to [On] to activate the view.
A view of every scanned file will be displayed on the controller monitor (not available remotely).
