3 MEMORY CONFIGURATION OF THE CPU MODULE
3.1 Memory Configuration

Destination of the file header area
For the following CPU modules, the destination of the file header area is the data memory.
Device/label memory
The device/label memory has the following areas.
The capacity of each area can be changed with the setting of the CPU parameter. (
