executing module diagnostics using
the engineering tool, display the error
program (step) by clicking the [Error
Jump] button, and correct the program.
• Turn on SM321 (Start/stop SFC
program) if it is off.
• Check the SFC program has existed.
• Check the execution status of the SFC
program.
