Important
If installing a new OPTICAL UNIT, do the following steps.
[15] Energize the LASER PRINTER.
[16] Use the PORTABLE COMPUTER to display the
CES Main Menu.
[17] Enter [4] for “System Params”.
[18] Enter [2] for “System Statistics”.
[19] Press [ENTER].
[20] Enter [0] for the number of Laser on hours.
[21] Select [S] to save.
[22] Press [ESC] 4 times to exit diagnostics.
