Warning

Dangerous Voltage.

[1] De-energize the LASER PRINTER.

[2] Remove the FRONT CONTROL UNIT COVER.

If necessary, see the procedure on Page 2–2.

Caution

Possible damage from electrostatic discharge.

[3] Disconnect the CONNECTOR from the

SYSTEM CONTROLLER BOARD.

[4] Loosen the 2 SCREWS.

[5] Remove the SYSTEM CONTROLLER BOARD.

Note

A white dot is silk-screened on the circuit board next to pin position 1 for each jumper.
