12.2 Faults without display
Fault Remedy
The vehicle cannot be started Turn on the main switch.
Set the travel direction lever to the NEUTRAL position - central position
Sit on the driver seat.
Charging or replacing battery
Fill in fuel, deaerate the fuel system
Clean or replace fuel filter
Check fuel pipes, connections and joints and maintain them if required
Contact the authorised customer service.
Engine is running erratically Clean or replace air filter
Change fuel filter
Check fuel pipes, connections and joints and maintain them if required
Contact the authorised customer service.
Engine is running, but vehicle is
only driving slowly or is not driv-
ing at all Set the travel direction lever to NEUTRAL, wait 5 sec. and set it back to the desired trav-
el direction.
Check level of hydraulic fuel
Switch off the work hydraulics PTO for transport runs
Contact the authorised customer service.
Operation problems with hy-
draulic movement parts Contact the authorised customer service.
Side-brushes are rotating slow-
ly or not at all (for sweepers) Increase the side-brush speed
Remove ropes and tapes
Check level of hydraulic fuel
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Appliances generates dust (for
sweepers) Switch on the water pump
Refill water
Check, refill, clean water circulation system
Adjust the speed of the side-brushes
Cleaning the spray nozzles on the side-brushes
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Sweeping unit does not pick up
waste (for sweepers) Reduce working area
Empty waste container
Set the engine correctly
Clean the suction channel
Clean the exhaust grid
Inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Waste container does not raise
or lower (for sweepers) Check level of hydraulic fuel
Set the switch lever to the "Waste container" position
Switch on PTO (on control panel of the arm rest).
