Equipment Overview: Components
Back View
On the back of the monitor you will find all connectors for equipment and
network.
Name Description
A
line voltage selector This selector is factory set to match the line voltage
rating for your country.

audible alarm enunciator The internal speaker provides sound for audible alarms.
For better sound quality do not block speaker.
C
Defib Sync connector Provides ECG analog output signals to user-supplied
equipment. A 5-volt, 2-millisecond artificial pacer spike
is added to the analog output when PACE is on and
detection occurs.

Aux port Used for RAC 2A and other compatible auxiliary
devices.

Ethernet connector Used to connect a monitor to a network configuration or
for downloading software.
F
peripheral expansion

Used for connectiong to a Dash Port
®
docking station or
other compatible auxilliary devices.
G AC power connector Used for connecting an AC power cable.
H
equipotential terminal For measurements in or near the heart we recommend
connecting the monitor to the potential equalization
system. Use the green and yellow potential equalization
cable and connect it to this pin.
