Purpose
The 9100 supports two types of temperature scale: IPTS-68 (default) and ITS-90. This command determines which of the two
temperature scales will be used for subsequently programmed temperature.
<CPD>
The 'character program data' selects the type of scale:
TS68
For subsequent commands
TEMP:THER <DNPD>
or
TEMP:PRT <DNPD>
, the 9100 will use the IPTS-68
temperature scale.
TS90
For subsequent commands
TEMP:THER <DNPD>
or
TEMP:PRT <DNPD>
, the 9100 will use the ITS-90
temperature scale.
