6. Replace the front panel.

Locate the Touchscreen stereo plug “A” if
the frozen beverage freezer is to the left of
the soft serve freezer, or stereo plug “B” if
the frozen beverage freezer is to the right.
Connect the switch to the Touchscreen
switch cable. Ensure the connection is
fully engaged.
8. Use the switch extension included if you
need to add more length to one of the
switch cables.
NOTE:
CABLE CLIPS MAY BE USED TO
SECURE THESE CABLES SO THAT THEY
DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATING
PARTS ON THE FRONT OF THE FREEZER.
Sanitizing the Injector / Blending System
NOTE:
IF THE INJECTOR AND BLENDING
ASSEMBLIES ARE ALREADY ASSEMBLED,
DISASSEMBLE THEM ACCORDING TO
INSTRUCTIONS IN THE DAILY CLOSING
PROCEDURES.
1. Prepare approved sanitizer solution
according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Place the Gear Boxes, Suspension
Brackets, Gear Cartridges, Injector Head
and Blending Head in approved sanitizer
solution and soak for at least 1 minute.
3. Remove the parts from the sanitizer solution
and place them on sanitary trays to air dry.
4. Spray the caps and Syrup Line Manifold
openings with approved sanitizer solution.
Allow them to sanitize for at least 1 minute.
5. Place the 9-Tube Assemblies and Manifold
caps on each sanitary tray to dry.
