IP Unicast Commands
configure iparp delete
configure iparp delete <ip_addr> {vr <vr_name>}
Description
Deletes an entry from the ARP table. Specify the IP address of the entry.
Syntax Description
Default
If you do not specify a virtual router, the current virtual router context is used.
Usage Guidelines
Removes any IP ARP entry (dynamic or permanent) from the table. The
ip_address
is used to match
the IP interface address to locate a suitable interface.
Example
The following command deletes an IP address entry from the ARP table:
configure iparp delete 10.1.2.5

This command was available in ExtremeWare XOS 10.1.
ip_addr
Specifies an IP address.
vr_name
Specifies a VR name.
