After cleaning the fluxer drawer, the running
rail with the nozzle carrier must be oiled
lightly. Care must be taken that no flux resi-
dues remain behind on the rail. The toothed
belt must have sufficient tension. If it is too
loose, the belt must be tightened at the
assembly block if required. Care must be
taken that only entire teeth are cut off, so
that the toothed belt gets securely fixed.
The initialization sensor must be kept clean.
A distance of about 2 mm must be ensured
between the sensor and the contact plate.
The belt wheel must be free of dirt and me-
chanical defects. If the teeth do not have a
surface any more, the belt wheel must be
replaced (increased wear of the belt).
Check the oscillator coupling for easy
movement; if it is brittle or faulty, it must be
replaced.
