8.8.1.9  Solder Pump Motors  

Dismantle and clean the pumps. 

Remove the black plastic cabinet of the 

motor. 

 

 

 

 

Take the carbon brushes out of the holder 

and evaluate them; if required, determine 

and record the dimensions; if required, re-

place by new carbon brushes. When re-

placing, please use carbon brushes no. 07 

or their current successors.  

Mount the plastic housing and install the 

solder pumps.
