Condensate Trap
The condensate trap cleans the inert gas in the soldering chamber of flux vapors and re-
duces the inner temperature.
In the soldering chamber, there is a narrow exhaust shaft above the solder bath, through
which the inert gas with the volatile components is exhausted out of the process chamber
and fed to the cooling filter. By means of a Venturi nozzle, the condensate circuit is main-
tained through the supplied nitrogen.
The inert gas is cooled to a temperature at which the flux vapors condense. The fluid com-
ponents of the flux are filtered from the process atmosphere and the inert gas is fed back
into the soldering chamber. The dirt particles are deposited in a drawer and can thus be
removed with little effort.
