: Enter a four-digit number as the year. The range is from 1993 to 2035.

: Enter the time in hours:minutes. For the hour variable, use the 24-hour format;
example, 17:15 is 5:15 pm.

: (OPTIONAL) Enter the number of minutes to add during the summer-time period. The
range is from 1 to1440. The default is 60 minutes .
