READJUsTMENT

(1) tie rod lock nut

(2) tie rod

1. loosen the lock nut and turn the

turnbuckle to adjust the rod length

until the proper toe-in measure-

ment is obtained.

2. check the toe-in value after the tie

rod is adjusted.

3. adjust it again if necessary.

check to ensure the radiator hoses

are free from damage and are tight-

ened properly every 200 hours or ev-

ery 6 months, whichever comes first.

1. if the hose clamps are loose or

water leaks from hose, tighten

clamps securely.

2. if the radiator hoses are swollen,

hardened, cracked, or otherwise

damaged, you must replace the

hoses. failure to do so could lead

to coolant loss and engine damage.

steam has stopped blowing out of

and repair the cause of the over-

heating according to the manual’s
