Turn off the machine while copy
paper is moving through the
feeding assembly. At this time, is
the copy paper wrinkled or is it
moving askew?
Try fresh copy paper. Is the
problem corrected?
Try Canon-recommended paper.

Is the paper guide soiled with
toner?
Is the height of the paper guide
correct?
Is the lower roller pressure (nip)
as specified?
