The paper or ink ran out,
or a paper jam occurred,
so the MultiPASS C20
received the document in
memory.
The PC was off and a
document was received
in the MultiPASS C20
memory.
An error occurred in the
phone line or in the
system.
You pressed the
(STOP) button to
cancel the transmission.
When the MultiPASS
C20 sends or receives a
fax, it assigns a unique
identification number
to it.
Add paper to the sheet
feeder, change the BJ
cartridge, or clear the
paper jam, as needed.
Print the document from
memory by pressing the
(START/COPY)
button.
Print the file from the PC.
Start the procedure again
from the beginning.
—
Write the number down if
you will need it later. You
can also print an activity
management report after
the transmission to check
the TX/RX number if
necessary.
