5. Pull out the liner to invert the uterus, do not extend more than two inches
outside the labia.

6. Ensure the birthing mechanism on the mannequin is at the highest
position and the rotation ring is removed from the mannequin’s torso.
7. Ensure the blood tank is installed with the placenta pouch placed on top of
the blood tank.
8. Place the invertible uterus in the abdominal cavity, over the placenta
pouch on the blood tank, and into the vaginal opening.
9. Lock the uterus in place with the static cervix backplate.
