Installing Windows Server 2003 F-13
Application Process of "Updating the System"
"Updating the System" applies the drivers necessary for NovaScale R440 E2.
Follow this process after Hotfix for Windows Server 2003 (KB921411) had been applied.
NOTE:
If you install Windows CD-ROM that contains Service Pack 2 to your system, you do not
have to apply Service pack 2 again.
1.
Log on to the system with the account that has administrative privilege (e.g. administrator).
2.
Insert the ExpressBuilder DVD into the optical disk drive of server.
The Autorun Menu will be displayed

Left-click on [Setup Windows], and then click [Update the system].
NOTE:
Right-clicking on the Autorun Menu produces the same outcome.
4.
Follow the message of the screen to proceed the application.
[OK] dialog box will be displayed.
NOTE:
The following box appears during the update if you have deployed a full installation of
Windows Server 2003.
Wait until the update completes.
5.
When the following message appears, "Updating the System" was finished.
When you apply Service Pack: Click [Yes], and then go to Step 6.
When you don't apply Service Pack: Click [No], and then go to Step 8.

When the following message appears, click [Yes].
