Installing the Operating System with Express Setup 5-13

IMPORTANT:

About partition size

– Specify a partition size larger than the required minimum size for installing an operating

system.

– Do not specify a larger partition size than the capacity of the connected hard disk drive.
– You can not specify a logical drive larger than 2,097,144MB for a RAID system.

If you select "Create a new partition" at "Windows system drive settings", the contents of the

hard disk will be deleted.

If "Use existing partitions" is selected, ExpressBuilder installs the Operating System on the

1st partition (1st partition is deleted). The data in the other partitions is kept if the system has

two or more partitions. (See the figure below.)
