Information on the oven
PerfectBake
Using 'PerfectBake', your baked items and cakes will turn out perfectly at
the press of a button. A sensor permanently measures and verifies the
moisture content of your cake. If it is ready, the oven will switch off
automatically. You do not need to set any heating type, temperature and
cooking time.
You just need to ensure one thing. If you open the appliance door before
the end of the program, PerfectBake will cease functioning, so let the oven
do the work on its own - you'll be delighted with the results.
You can find the appropriate setting for all recipes in the cookbook which
are suited for PerfectBake. If you prefer to continue to set the heating type,
temperature and cooking time yourself, we have an alternative setting for
you as well.
In the chapter 'Dishes' in the instruction manual for your oven, you can find
tips and information on the baking sensor.
PerfectRoast
Your appliance is equipped with a meat thermometer. Highly sensitive
sensors precisely determine the core temperature of your dish while it is
roasting. As soon as the core temperature has been reached, the oven
switches off. This allows you to cook like a professional, but with much
less effort.
In the instruction manual for your oven, you can find a wide range of tips
and information on the meat thermometer.
You can find the appropriate setting for all recipes in the cookbook which
are suited for PerfectRoast. If you do not wish to use the meat
thermometer, we have also provided an alternative setting for you.
Assist
Thanks to the Bosch Assist function for automatic oven settings, you don't
need to worry about the right heating type, temperature and cooking time:
Simply select the desired dish from the operating system - your oven will
then automatically set the ideal heating type, temperature and cooking
time.
4D hot air
When using 4D hot air, you can slide your dishes into the cooking
compartment immediately at any of the levels from 1 to 4. They will always
turn out perfectly. This is made possible by our new fan wheel, which
alternates its direction of rotation during operation, ensuring that the heat
is evenly distributed to all levels.
Using 4D hot air, it is also possible to cook and bake several dishes
simultaneously on different levels.
Top/bottom heating
Use top/bottom heating for traditional baking and roasting on just one
level. It is particularly well suited to cakes with a moist topping, either in
tins or on a baking tray.
With this setting, heat is emitted evenly from the top and bottom.
Circulated air grilling
Circulated air grilling is particularly well suited to roasting poultry, whole
fish and larger pieces of meat.
The grill heating element and the fan switch on and off alternately. The fan
circulates the hot air evenly around the food.
