TROU DE DRAINAGE: sur les moteurs bidirectionnels avec trou de drainage il faut relier ce dernier au réservoir d'huile avec un
tuyau de diamètre 22 mm. Pour éviter la formation de mousse à l'intérieur du réservoir, le tuyau doit être branché sous le niveau
minimum.
MISE EN SERVICE:
S'assurer que tous les raccordements du circuit soient corrects et que l’installation soit absolument propre.
Verser l’huile dans le réservoir en se servant toujours d’un filtre. Purger le circuit pour favoriser le remplissage de l'installation.
Étalonner les limiteurs de pression à la valeur la plus basse. Mettre l’installation en service pendant quelques instant à la vitesse
minimum puis purger de nouveau le circuit et vérifier le niveau de l’huile dans le réservoir. Si la différence de température entre
la pompe et le fluide dépasse 10°C, mettre en marche puis arrêter l’installation pendant de brèves périodes de façon à réaliser
un réchauffement progressif. Enfin, augmenter progressivement la pression et la vitesse de rotation jusqu’à atteindre les valeurs
d’exercice prévues, devant être comprises dans les limites indiquées dans le catalogue.
CONTRÔLES PÉRIODIQUES - ENTRETIEN:
Garder la surface extérieure propre. Remplacer régulièrement le filtre pour
conserver le fluide propre. Le niveau de l’huile doit être contrôlé; cette dernière doit être changée périodiquement selon les conditions
de travail de l’installation.
RÉSOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES:
Si le circuit est ouvert (c’est-à-dire si en aval du moteur il y a le réservoir d'huile et pas
la pompe) et que le moteur reste en rotation à moteur arrêté il n’y aura pas de surpression mais une cavitation. Pour résoudre le
problème il faudrait une valve unidirectionnelle pour faire rentrer l’huile, ou une partie de celle-ci par taraudage, de l’entrée du
moteur à son aspiration de façon à éviter le pompage d'air du moteur.
- Si le circuit est fermé, il peut effectivement y avoir une surpression. Pour résoudre le problème placer une vanne de surpression
comme conseillé dans le schéma de l’installation annexé ou une vanne unidirectionnelle étalonnée pour by-passer en partie le
moteur. Par rapport à la première
solution, la dernière est la plus économique et moins compliquée sur une installation existante car
il n’y a pas besoin de faire un autre trou dans le réservoir.
