channels sharing the same serial bus
• Can independently select transmit and receive channels

is used as “transmit data valid” for external logic, true only dur-
ing transmit channels
• Receive on channels 0 and 2, transmit on channels 1 and 2
• Multichannel frame delay is set to 1
